NOVELTY - Graphene-modified chopped carbon fiber reinforced material is subjected to chemical vapor deposition of pyrolytic carbon, coal tar impregnation process, carbonization process, and high-temperature graphitizing process, to obtain graphene modified carbon/carbon composite. Composite material is subjected to pantograph slide mechanical design processing, to obtain graphene-modified carbon/carbon composite pantograph slide. USE - Preparation of graphene-modified carbon/carbon composite pantograph slide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides graphene-modified carbon/carbon composite pantograph slide by simple method with high productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene suspension is prepared by mixing deionized water and dispersing agent in the mass ratio of 100:0.5, adding 0.025-0.1 wt.% graphene and mixing. Chopped carbon fiber suspension is obtained by mixing deionized water and dispersing agent in the mass ratio of 100:0.5, adding 40 wt.% chopped carbon fibers and mixing. The obtained graphene suspension and chopped carbon fiber suspension are mixed, ultrasonically vibrated, and dispersed at 30 plus minus 5 degrees C for 30 minutes. The resultant material is ball-milled in the ball mill at 300-500 rpm, pre-dehydrated, poured into a mold and freeze-dried, to obtain graphene-chopped carbon fiber component. The resultant green component is pressure-molded at 15 MPa to obtain graphene-modified chopped carbon fiber reinforced material. The obtained reinforced material is subjected to chemical vapor deposition of pyrolytic carbon at temperature of 1000 degrees C and pressure of 25 KPa for 50 hours, to obtain carbon/carbon composite. The carbon source gas is methane. The obtained composite is subjected to coal tar impregnation process at 200-260 degrees C in the pressure of 3-5 MPa for 2 hours, and carbonized at 1100 degrees C at the carbonization heating rate of 1 degrees C/minute in the charring pressure of 1 MPa for 2 hours. The obtained material is subjected to high-temperature graphitizing process at 3000 degrees C and heat-preserved for 1 hour, to obtain graphene modified carbon/carbon composite. The composite material is subjected to pantograph slide mechanical design processing, to obtain graphene-modified carbon/carbon composite pantograph slide.
