▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves dissolving (1) oxidization of pure graphene and graphene powder in water. The stable graphene and graphene oxide mixed solution is coated (2) on substrate. The coating solution is mixed (3) with pure graphene oxide on upper substrate. The graphene oxide film is provided (4) for chemical reduction to produce pure stone graphene film through reducing agent such as ascorbic acid solution, hydrazine hydrate, sodium borohydride, hydroiodic acid, urea or hydroquinone. The film is formed (5) on upper substrate. USE - Method for preparing transparent conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The process for preparing transparent conductive film ensures simple operation, high flexibility, replacement of existing mixed metal oxide transparent conductive thin film, and high mechanical strength in efficient manner.
