▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - N-type iron(III) oxide (N-Fe2O3)/nitrogen-sulfur double-doped graphene composite electrode material comprises N-Fe2O3 and nitrogen-sulfur double-doped graphene. The N-Fe2O3 has nitrogen doped on surface of Fe2O3 lattice. The nitrogen-sulfur double-doped graphene has 2.3-2.39 wt.% nitrogen and 0.7-0.9 wt.% sulfur doped in graphene. USE - N-Fe2O3/nitrogen-sulfur double-doped graphene composite electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The material has simple and environment-friendly raw material, and its synthesis process has no secondary pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of N-Fe2O3/nitrogen-sulfur double-doped graphene composite electrode material comprising dispersing oxidized graphene ultrasonically in mixed solution of ethanol and ethylene glycol, adding ferric nitrate nonahydrate and sulfur-nitrogen source, stirring mixture uniformly, transferring mixture to PTFE hydrothermal kettle, subjecting to hydrothermal reaction, filtering reaction mixture, washing product, and drying.
