▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing boron nitride-silicon carbide composite fibers comprises: preparing silicon carbide fibers coated with graphene oxide; preparing a mixture of the silicon carbide fibers and boric acid powder coated with graphene oxide; and heat-treating the mixture in a gas atmosphere containing nitrogen to replace the graphene oxide with boron nitride. USE - The method is useful for producing boron nitride-silicon carbide composite fibers. ADVANTAGE - The method is carried out in simple and efficient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for boron nitride-silicon carbide composite fiber.
