NOVELTY - Graphene heat-dissipating paint comprises paint primer and paint topcoat, where the paint primer comprises 40-55 pts. wt. polyester resin, 10-30 pts. wt. solvent, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene, 5-15 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 2-5 pts. wt. boron nitride, 2-5 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 4-10 pts. wt. alumina, 2-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 3-10 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, and 3-10 pts. wt. leveling agent. The paint topcoat comprises 40-55 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-30 pts. wt. solvent, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene, 5-15 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 2-5 pts. wt. boron nitride, 2-5 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 4-10 pts. wt. alumina, 2-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 3-10 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, and 3-10 pts. wt. leveling agent. USE - The graphene heat dissipation coating is used in a heat exchangers and radiators (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene heat-dissipating paint utilizes the excellent thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of graphene and inorganic fillers to improve the processing and dispersibility of graphene in the later stage. The preparation process is simple and cost-effective.
