NOVELTY - The silicon carbide shelf plate comprises 30-40% silicon carbide particles, 15-20% silicon carbide coarse powder, 14-19% silicon carbide powder, 5-10% silicon carbide fine powder, 10-15% graphene, 2-4% multiple antioxidants, 6-8% composite binding agent, 0.7-1.5% beeswax, and 0.2-0.5% molybdenum disulfide. USE - Silicon carbide shelf plate. ADVANTAGE - The silicon carbide shelf plate ensures excellent shock resistance, anti-oxidation, anti-slag, alkali corrosion resistance, thermal insulation, and high temperature stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing silicon carbide shelf plate, which involves: (A) selecting silicon carbide particles, silicon carbide coarse powder, silicon carbide powder, silicon carbide fine powder, and molybdenum disulfide; (B) mixing silicon carbide particles, silicon carbide coarse powder, silicon carbide powder, silicon carbide fine powder, graphene, antioxidant compound, composite binder, and beeswax with stirring to obtain a mixed powder; (C) pressing the mixed powder obtained by vibrating press molding to obtain a green silicon carbide; (D) drying the green silicon carbide for 1-3 hours at 280-320 degrees C; (E) placing the dried silicon carbide in a vacuum furnace at 2100-2300 degrees C for 5-10 hours to obtain silicon carbide semi-finished product; and (F) spraying molybdenum disulfide on the semi-finished finished product to obtain the silicon carbide board.
