NOVELTY - Low temperature molded liquid silicone rubber composition comprises 20-30 pts. wt. polymethyl vinyl silicone raw rubber, 16-20 pts. wt. modified nano white carbon black, 40-60 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil, 0.5-4 pts. wt. low temperature curing agent, 10-20 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 0.05-1 pts. wt. catalyst, 1-5 pts. wt. inhibitor, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 8-12 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 30-40 pts. wt. filler, and 20-40 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as a low temperature molded liquid silicone rubber. ADVANTAGE - The rubber has good diffusivity, flexibility, high-temperature resistance and aging resistance. The method reduces the inhibitory effect on platinum. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing low temperature molded liquid silicone rubber comprising (i) uniformly dispersing nano calcium carbonate, modified nano white carbon black, and graphite in deionized water, heating at 40-80 degrees C, stirring for 20-40 minutes, centrifuging for 10-15 minutes, and drying to obtain mixture A, (ii) adding polymethyl vinyl silicone raw rubber and vinyl silicone oil in mixer, mixing at 40-60 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, adding low temperature curing agent, catalyst, crosslinking agent, and filler, stirring and mixing at 70-100 degrees C for 20-40 minutes to obtain mixture B, (iii) uniformly dispersing mixture A in mixture B, heating at 80-120 degrees C for 30-60 minutes to obtain mixture C, and (iv) subjecting the obtained mixture C to twice vulcanization treatment on flat vulcanizing device, finishing vulcanization, and discharging to obtain the liquid silicone rubber, where the first vulcanization is carried out at 100-120 degrees C for 12-16 minutes with a pressure of 1.1-1.4 MPa, and the second vulcanization is carried out at 90-100 degrees C for 8-12 minutes with a pressure of 0.91-1.1 MPa.
