NOVELTY - The preparation of nylon plastic fiber involves (1) adding graphene, melamine salt flame retardant, antioxidant and coupling agent to aromatic hydrocarbon organic solvent, dispersing sufficiently, mixing with nylon resin, melt blending and extruding the slice in twin-screw extruder to obtain modified nylon chip material, (2) mixing the prepared sliced material with formic acid solution and formulating into electrospinning solution, (3) adding the obtained electrospinning solution to feeding device, adding demulsifier, when the spinning solution is filamentized, the interface between nylon and graphene is instantaneously destroyed, and chromatographing the phase-separated graphene on the surface of nylon fiber. USE - Preparation of nylon plastic fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of nylon plastic fiber ensuring improved antistatic properties and enhanced flame retardance.
