▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for screening target-specific aptamer involves (a) mixing target and graphene to induce non-specific binding, (b) mixing random oligonucleotides with the target and graphene mixture, (c) centrifuging the mixture to remove oligonucleotides not bound to the target and (d) mixing the target with the mixture to obtain an oligonucleotide bound to the target separated from graphene. USE - The method is useful for screening target-specific aptamer. ADVANTAGE - The method screens target-specific aptamer with high sensitivity and binding force to the target without deforming basic structure of the target, and does not require immobilization of target or random DNA library.
