The graphene cathode film is directly grown on the copper foil substrate by a chemical vapor deposition process of a graphene thin film, where the graphene cathode film is a single-layer or few-layer graphene. The solid electrolyte film, the anode film and the anode current collector are patterned by using photolithography, deposition and stripping, or direct mask deposition patterning. USE - Micro thin-film lithium battery by using Graphene thin film as a negative electrode. ADVANTAGE - The battery has simple and efficient process, and can prepare the true grapheme lithium cell of all solid state and thin film type. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The hard substrate is a silicon chip, glass or stainless steel substrate.
