NOVELTY - The thin film solar battery has substrate whose lighting surface is covered with graphene film and is provided with ohmic electrode. The grid structure of ohmic electrode is connected with graphene oxide film to form the mesh conductive layer. USE - Thin film solar battery for photoelectric device. ADVANTAGE - The loss resistance of solar battery is reduced. The current collecting ability of battery is improved, so as to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar battery. The solar battery can be manufactured easily and effectively. The production efficiency of battery is improved.
