▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Conductive composite film comprises flexible substrate and composite conductive layer, the flexible substrate is a polyethylene terephthalate layer or a colorless transparent polyimide layer, from the inside to the outside, the composite conductive layer is a nano silver wire layer, graphene layer, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene), poly(styrene sulfonic acid) layer film and the graphene layer is the detection gas diffusion control layer. USE - The film is useful for flexible and transparent detection, and can be used for detecting the gas e.g. hydrogen sulfide and ammonia gas. ADVANTAGE - The film has good conductivity, light transmittance, flexibility and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing conductive composite film comprising (1) carrying out ethanol dispersion of the nanosilver line coated on the polyethylene glycol terephthalate or colourless transparent polyimide film, the ethanol is naturally volatilized completely to obtain the nano-silver film with the deposition density of 30-55 g/m2, drying under the 50-100 degrees C to obtain the composite film, (2) mixing the graphene or graphene oxide slurry with solvent to obtain graphene dispersion with a concentration of 0.05-0.1 mg/ml, uniformly coating the dispersion of graphene on the composite film prepared in the step (1), the deposition density of the graphene is 10-50 mg/m2 drying for at least 10 minutes under the 80-120 degrees C to obtain nano silver wire/graphene prefabricated film, (3) adding poly (3, 4- ethylenedioxy thiophene): poly (styrene sulfonic acid) and water to obtain poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxy thiophene) with a concentration of 4-10 mg/ml poly (styrene sulfonic acid) aqueous dispersion, the poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxy thiophene):poly (styrene sulfonic acid) aqueous solution is coated on the nano silver wire/graphene prefabricated film prepared in the step (2), the poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxy thiophene): the deposition density of poly (styrene sulfonic acid) is 0.5-4 g/m2, placing in the oven, drying for at least 15 minutes in the 80-120 to obtain the product.
