NOVELTY - A tin dioxide quantum dot graphene sheet preparing method involves preparing graphene oxide and dispersing a prepared graphene oxide (GO) solution in deionized water. Ultrasonic treatment is performed to fully disperse GO in water, and slowly dripped tin chloride solution while stirring and ultrasonic treatment is performed, followed by performing centrifugal washing on a product, drying in a vacuum drying box, and annealing a sample in nitrogen atmosphere at 600 degrees C to obtain a finished product. USE - Method for preparing tin dioxide quantum dot graphene sheet that is utilized in lithium battery, and electrochemistry field.
