NOVELTY - Graphene-based filter material, comprises 2-8 pts. wt. graphene raw material, 10-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. dispersant, 4-8 pts. wt. photocatalyst, 5-10 pts. wt. cold catalyst, 10-20 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide, 3-9 pts. wt. silicate, 10-20 pts. wt. flame retardant, 5-10 pts. wt. antioxidant and 1.5-4.5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - The graphene-based filter material is useful for separating solid particles in liquid or gas. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based filter material has high strength and bonding force, and is not easy to deform after being impacted by sharp object, and can be used normally under the high temperature environment. The graphene and flame retardant generate synergetic effect, effectively improve the flame-retardant ability of the filter material, so that the whole strength is improved, at the same time, adding proper amount of antioxidant, it can obviously improve the anti-oxidation effect of the filtering material. The filtering material is not easily to occur local damage phenomenon along with the use of the age limit, increasing the service life of itself. The whole preparation process is simple, the needed material is easy to obtain, the cost is low, and the application range is improved.
