▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Transparent conductive film comprises graphene-metal nanowire hybrid coating layer. USE - Transparent conductive film used for device such as display or photovoltaic device(claimed). ADVANTAGE - The transparent conductive film by adjusting the content of graphene, control the work function of the transparent conductive film or the transparent electrode manufactured using metal nanowires such as silver (Ag), and is possible to provide a novel transparent electrode material that can be applied to most OLED processes and materials developed as a reference. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for following: (1) a method of controlling a work function of a transparent conductive film including a graphene-metal nanowire hybrid coating layer, which involves adjusting the work function of the transparent conductive film by controlling the content of the graphene included in the transparent conductive film; and (2) device comprising the transparent conductive film.
