▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A modified polypropylene masterbatch comprises 77-90 wt.% polypropylene, 5-20 wt.% graphene material and 1-5 wt.% additive. The graphene material includes graphene, graphene oxide and/or graphene derivatives. The additive includes coupling agent, dispersant and antioxidant. USE - Modified polypropylene masterbatch used for weaving cloth or non-woven fabric, and making high efficiency air filter material and melt-blowing cloth (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The melt-blowing cloth prepared using the modified polypropylene masterbatch has excellent antimicrobial property and chargeability, filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method for preparing modified polypropylene masterbatch, which involves mixing and melting raw materials and granulating; (2) application method of modified polypropylene masterbatch for weaving cloth or non-woven fabric, and for making high efficiency air filter material; (3) melt-blowing cloth which is made by mixing polypropylene chips with modified polypropylene masterbatch in a mass ratio of 90:10-99:1, preferably 95:5-99:1; and (4) method of manufacturing melt-blowing cloth, which involves mixing polypropylene chips with modified polypropylene masterbatch, melt-extruding at a temperature of 220-250 degrees C where the modified polypropylene masterbatch is dried to obtain water content of less than or equal to 500 ppm before the blending process.
