NOVELTY - Preparing nano-tungsten-copper alloy radiating fin comprises adding the mixed powder including nano tungsten powder, nano copper powder and graphene powder into the tank body of the high energy ball mill, then adding anhydrous ethanol and tungsten ball for wet grinding the mixed powder after ball milling uniformly, precipitating, drying, sieving and packaging in the sealing box, adding the uniformly mixed powder and special wax-based bonding agent into a vacuum mixer, vacuumizing to prepare feeding material, extruding the vacuum mixed feeding by the double screw machine, the preset time is 3 or 4 times, adding the granulated feed into the injection machine, injecting into nano tungsten-copper alloy radiating sheet injection molding blank under the specific process, orderly performing solvent degreasing and thermal degreasing to the nano tungsten copper alloy radiating fin injection blank to remove adhesive in nano tungsten copper alloy radiating fin injection blank. USE - The method is useful for preparing nano-tungsten-copper alloy radiating fin. ADVANTAGE - The method: enables to prepare nano tungsten-copper alloy radiating fin i.e. uniform tissue, high density and low residual carbon amount.
