NOVELTY - An anti-corrosion coating comprises component (A) comprising 42-55 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 2-6 pts. wt. tributyl phosphate, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. graphene, 2-6 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate, 1.2-2.2 pts. wt. modified nano-zinc oxide, 5-9 pts. wt. organic bentonite, 5-9 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 5-9 pts. wt. talc powder, 0-2 pts. wt. pigment, 8-13 pts. wt. diluting agent, 0.3-1.2 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.3-1.2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.3-1.2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-1.1 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.3-1.2 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent and 28-38 pts. wt. solvent, and component (B) comprising 20-40 pts. wt. curing agent and 20-30 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Anti-corrosion coating used for marine application. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent permeation resistance, weather resistance, mechanical properties, abrasion resistance, antibacterial property and adhesion. The coating is prepared by simple and feasible process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the anti-corrosion coating, which involves adding epoxy resin, tributyl phosphate, diluent and solvent to a high-speed mixer for high speed dispersion for 20-30 minutes, adding half amount of defoamer, dispersant, leveling agent and coupling agent, dispersing for 10-15 minutes, adding graphene, aluminum tripolyphosphate, modified nano-zinc oxide, organic bentonite, montmorillonite, talc, pigment, carrying out high-speed dispersion for 30-50 minutes, adding half amount of defoamer and film-forming auxiliary agent, dispersing for 5-10 minutes, adding into the ball mill, ball milling to obtain component (A), adding formulation amount of curing agent and solvent, mixing uniformly to obtain component (B), mixing component (A) and component (B).
