▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing liquid lithium hexafluorophosphate, comprises passing phosphorus trichloride, hydrogen fluoride and chlorine gas into the reactor, controlling the temperature of the reactor at -50℃ to 30℃, and the pressure inside the reactor at 0.1-1.0 MPa, and reacting for 2-6 hours to obtain a mixed gas containing phosphorus pentafluoride, passing the mixed gas into the rectification tower, controlling the feed temperature at 5-35℃, and the pressure at the top of the tower at 0.06-0.5 MPa, and separating phosphorus pentafluoride to obtain primary phosphorus pentafluoride, and fully contacting the primary phosphorus pentafluoride with the chlorine-modified carbon material, so that the hydrogen chloride in the primary phosphorus pentafluoride is adsorbed on the chlorine-modified carbon material to obtain purified phosphorus pentafluoride gas, dissolving lithium fluoride in a solvent, and passing through purified phosphorus pentafluoride gas. USE - The liquid lithium hexafluorophosphate is useful in electrolyte of lithium-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can effectively reduce the residue of hydrogen chloride in the electrolyte, which is good for improving the performance of the lithium-ion battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for lithium-ion battery, comprising a positive pole, a negative pole and an electrolyte.
