NOVELTY - Preparing weather-resistant polyethylene (PE) modified material involves weighing 1-99% high density polyethylene (HDPE), 1-10% propylene glycol butyl ether, 1-70% anti-wear agent, 0.1-20% matting agent, 0-10% lubricant, 1-20% antistatic agent, 1-15% hexamethylenetetramine, 0.01-10% heat stabilizer, 0.01-10% ultraviloet (UV) stabilizer, where UV stabilizer is mixture of sodium acetate, chlorinated polyethylene and methyl hydroxybenzoate; anti-wear agent is mixture of hydroxy silicone oil, nano zinc oxide, titanium nitride powder and graphene oxide; mixing HDPE, anti-wear agent and heat stabilizer according to formula ratio into reaction device, stirring thoroughly at 100-120 degrees C, adding propylene glycol butyl ether, continuing to stir and react for 2-3 hours, and drying after reaction to obtain material mixture A; mixing matting agent, antistatic agent, hexamethylenetetramine and UV stabilizer according to formula ratio, stirring mixture at 60-80 degrees C for 1-2 hours. USE - Process for preparing weather-resistant PE modified material used in co-extrusion device for molding of co-extruded profile (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process enables to realizes reduction of water absorption rate of profile through PE modified material; achieves purpose of improving aging and anti-pollution, where profile is compatible with high precision, high strength of metal profile, and has wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and antistatic, provides environmental protection and improves quality of product. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a co-extruded profile, which comprises metal layer, adhesive layer, and modified material layer sequentially covering metal layer from inside to outside; and (2) a profile co-extrusion device for extrusion molding of co-extruded profile, which comprises co-extrusion mold, conveyor for conveying metal layer into co-extrusion mold, and two are respectively arranged in co-extrusion mold, co-extrusion machine connected to co-extrusion die on both sides, where exit of co-extrusion mold, which is sequentially connected with wood-grain pressing roller device, and shaping cool mold.
