▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxide is dispersed in dispersant, to obtain graphene oxide dispersion. The graphene oxide dispersion and reaction monomer are added to reactor and stirred. Initiator is dripped, heated and reacted, to obtain reaction mixture. The reaction mixture is distilled, to obtain solid sample. The solid sample is vacuum dried, to obtain graphene-based synergistic phase-changeable material. The reaction monomer comprises N-alkyl methacrylate, N-alkyl acrylate, (poly)ethylene glycol n-alkyl ether acrylate and/or (poly)ethylene glycol n-alkyl ether ester. USE - Preparation of graphene-based synergistic phase-changeable material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-based synergistic phase-changeable material with high heat enthalpy and enthalpy efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide is dispersed in dispersant, to obtain graphene oxide dispersion. The graphene oxide dispersion and reaction monomer from which polymerization inhibitor is removed are added to reactor and stirred. The inert gas is discharged through oxygen in reactor, and initiator is dripped, heated at 65-90 degrees C and reacted for 12-48 hours, to obtain reaction mixture. The reaction mixture is distilled under reduced pressure, to obtain solid sample. The solid sample is vacuum dried to constant weight, to obtain graphene-based synergistic phase-changeable material. The dispersant does not only disperse graphene oxide uniformly or reaction monomer. The reaction monomer comprises N-alkyl methacrylate, N-alkyl acrylate, (poly)ethylene glycol n-alkyl ether acrylate and/or (poly)ethylene glycol n-alkyl ether ester. When the reaction monomer comprises two reaction monomers, the amount of substance of single component is 10 %mass of amount of reactive monomer substance. The n-alkyl methacrylate is of formula: CH2=C(CH3)-COOCnH2n+1 (I). The n-alkyl acrylate is of formula: CH2=CH-COOCjH2j+1 (II). The polyethylene glycol n-alkyl ether methacrylate is of formula: CH2=C(CH3)-COO(CH2CH2O)mCnH2n+1 (III). The (poly) ethylene glycol n-alkyl acrylate is of formula: CH2=CHCOO(CH2CH2O)aCbH2b+1 (IV). The mole fraction of initiator is 0.1-2% of mole fraction of reactive monomer. n=8-50; j=8-50; m,a=1-10;and n,b=10-50.
