NOVELTY - A wear-resistant flame-resistant carbon fiber-and-steel fiber-modified polytetrafluoroethylene material comprises brown corundum, polytetrafluoroethylene, carbon fibers, steel fibers, fluororubber powder, mullite, graphene oxide, silica, KH550 (RTM: gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane), carbon black, ethanol, acetic acid, polyisocyanate JQ-1, dimethylformamide, 4-dimethylaminopyridine, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and water. USE - Wear-resistant flame-resistant carbon fiber-and-steel fiber-modified polytetrafluoroethylene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The wear-resistant flame-resistant carbon fiber-and-steel fiber-modified polytetrafluoroethylene material has excellent high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance and flame resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A wear-resistant flame-resistant carbon fiber-and-steel fiber-modified polytetrafluoroethylene material comprises 18-20 pts. wt. brown corundum, 80-90 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon fibers, 5-10 pts. wt. steel fibers, 5-10 pts. wt. fluororubber powder, 3-5 pts. wt. mullite, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. silica, 15-20 pts. wt. KH550 (RTM: gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane), 5-10 pts. wt. carbon black, 30-40 pts. wt. 95% ethanol, acetic acid, 5-10 pts. wt. polyisocyanate JQ-1, 15-20 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 10-15 pts. wt. 4-dimethylaminopyridine, 15-20 pts. wt. dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and 90-100 pts. wt. water. The carbon fibers and steel fibers have average length of 75-150 mu m and 50-150 mu m, respectively. The fluororubber has particle size of 80-200 mesh. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of wear-resistant flame-resistant carbon fiber-and-steel fiber-modified polytetrafluoroethylene material.
