NOVELTY - Antenna device comprises a terahertz dual-frequency polarization metasurface device (10) and a terahertz dual-frequency antenna (20). The terahertz dual-frequency polarization metasurface device comprises at least one terahertz dual-frequency polarization metasurface unit (110). The terahertz dual-frequency polarized metasurface unit constitutes a metasurface of terahertz dual-frequency polarized metasurface device. The terahertz dual-frequency polarized metasurface unit includes a first graphene layer. A second graphene layer and a cyclic olefin copolymer material layer disposed between first graphene layer and second graphene layer. The terahertz dual-frequency antenna is arranged in parallel with metasurface of terahertz dual-frequency polarized metasurface device. USE - The antenna device is useful for terahertz double-frequency polarization super-surface unit in communication and sensitive detection, micro-nano device i.e. sensor or antenna. ADVANTAGE - The device can adjust polarization characteristics without changing physical structure, and can work at same time in dual- frequency band with different polarization states.
