NOVELTY - High performance aqueous heavy anticorrosive paint comprises a waterborne epoxy zinc-rich primer, an aqueous epoxy graphene modified intermediate paint and an aqueous polyurethane topcoat. The aqueous epoxy zinc-rich primer is composed of a component A and an aqueous epoxy emulsion mixed in a mass ratio of 3-4:1. The A component comprises 10-15 pts. wt. aqueous polyamide-based curing agent, 8-15 pts. wt. co-solvent, 3-6 pts. wt. rheological agent and 60-80 pts. wt. zinc powder. The aqueous epoxy graphene modified intermediate paint is a mixture of a component B and an aqueous epoxy emulsion in a mass ratio of 0.8 to 1.5:1. The component B comprises 60-70 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy modified amine curing agent, 15-20 pts. wt. mica powder, 1-2 pts. wt. fumed silica, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene dispersion and 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. auxiliary. The aqueous polyurethane topcoat is a mixture of a C component and an aqueous isocyanate curing agent in a mass ratio of 6-12:1. USE - Used as high performance aqueous heavy anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High performance aqueous heavy anticorrosive paint comprises a waterborne epoxy zinc-rich primer, an aqueous epoxy graphene modified intermediate paint and an aqueous polyurethane topcoat. The aqueous epoxy zinc-rich primer is composed of a component A and an aqueous epoxy emulsion mixed in a mass ratio of 3-4:1. The C component comprises 10-15 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 5-8 pts. wt. ultrafine mica powder, 5-8 pts. wt. talc powder, 1-2 pts. wt. fumed silica, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. adhesion promoter, 40-60 pts. wt. anionic polyacrylic acid dispersion ans 18-25 pts. wt. water. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high performance aqueous heavy anticorrosive paint, comprising (i) preparing aqueous epoxy zinc-rich primer, taking aqueous polyamide curing agents, co-solvent, rheological additives and zinc powder, mixing the aqueous polyamide-based curing agent and the co-solvent until the aqueous polyamide-based curing agent, dissolving, adding rheological agent, uniformly dispersing the rheological agent, adding zinc powder and stirring to fineness less than or equal to 20 mm to obtain component A and mixing the prepared A component with the aqueous epoxy emulsion in a mass ratio of 3-4:1; (ii) preparing aqueous epoxy graphene modified intermediate paint, adding aqueous epoxy-modified amine curing agent, mica powder, fumed silica, graphite dispersion and additives, mixing the aqueous epoxy-modified amine curing agent, the auxiliary agent, and the graphene dispersion, adding fumed silica and mica powder, stirring uniformly, and grinding into less than 40 mm to obtain B component, and mixing the prepared component B with the aqueous epoxy emulsion in a mass ratio of 0.8-1.5:1; and (iii) preparing aqueous polyurethane topcoat, adding titanium dioxide, ultrafine mica powder, talc powder, fumed silica, dispersant, leveling agent, de-foaming agent, adhesion promoter, anionic polyacrylic acid dispersion and water, dissolving the dispersing agent, leveling agent, antifoaming agent and adhesion promoter in water, adding titanium dioxide, ultrafine mica powder, talc powder and fumed silica, stirring and grinding into fineness of less than 40 mm, adding anionic polyacrylic acid dispersion, mixing the mixture to obtain a C component, and mixing the obtained component C and the aqueous isocyanate curing agent in a mass ratio of 6-12:1.
