NOVELTY - Preparing flame-retardant and aging-resistant cover plate comprises (a) uniformly mixing pentaerythritol phosphorus oxychloride and chloroform, stirring and reacting, filtering and collecting the product, performing vacuum, and drying flame retardant intermediate, taking p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, adding the amino graphene, continuously reacting for 6-8 hours, washing with ethanol, collecting product to obtain the oxidized graphene flame retardant, (b) taking polyester polyol, glycerol, triethanolamine, foaming agent dibutyltin dilaurate, oxidized graphene flame retardant titanium dioxide and deionized water, and stirring to obtain the polyurethane foaming liquid, and (3) taking the honeycomb paper and the glass fiber felt, stacking and placing the glass fiber felt, honeycomb paper and glass fiberfelt in order to form framework, spraying polyurethane foaming liquid on two sides of the framework, and pressing and forming in the mold to obtain the finished product. USE - The cover plate is useful for automobile luggage box, and separating spare tire storehouse and luggage. ADVANTAGE - The cover plate has excellent anti-ultraviolet aging performance, and has high application.
