NOVELTY - A dielectric component comprises 5-10 pts. wt., preferably 8 pts. wt. graphene, 2-40 pts. wt., preferably 20 pts. wt. tourmaline, 15-25 pts. wt., preferably 20 pts. wt. maifanite, 2-7 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. zeolite, 8-15 pts. wt., preferably 10 pts. wt. loess, 2-6 pts. wt., preferably 4 pts. wt. organic swelling agent and 5-10 pts. wt., preferably 8 pts. wt. binder. USE - Dielectric component (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dielectric component has improved hydroscopic property, corona discharge frequency, stability and effect of air.
