NOVELTY - A low-rolling conveyor belt adhesive comprises 40-100 parts mass natural rubber, 10-60 parts mass nitrile rubber, 10-20 parts mass polyvinyl chloride resin, 1-3 parts mass sulfur, 1-5 parts mass zinc oxide, 1-5 parts mass graphene, 2-6 parts mass molybdenum disulfide, 1-3 parts mass stearic acid, 1-3 parts mass accelerator, 15-30 parts mass reinforcing agent, 1-10 parts mass softener, 1-5 parts mass antioxidant and 1-3 parts mass dispersant. USE - Low-rolling conveyor belt adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive has reduced friction coefficient and excellent wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of low-rolling conveyor belt adhesive, which involves mixing natural rubber, nitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride resin in a two-roll mill, stirring for 30-50 seconds at 25-30 degrees C, adding 1-5 parts mass zinc oxide, 1-5 parts mass graphene, 2-6 parts mass molybdenum disulfide, 1-3 parts mass stearic acid, 1-5 parts mass anti-aging agent, 1-3 parts mass dispersing agent, 15-30 reinforcing agent, and 1-10 parts mass softener, mixing for 15-20 minutes at 0-60 degrees C to obtaining a rubber mixture after 12-16 hours, adding 1-3 parts mass sulfur and 1-3 parts mass accelerator to a section of the rubber mixture, mixing for 3-6 minutes, kneading temperature at 40-60 degrees C to obtain a surface rubber, vulcanizing the surface rubber on a flat vulcanizing machine at 140-160 degrees C and 10-15 MPa for 20-40 minutes.
