NOVELTY - A waterproof, high-temperature resistant, wear-resistant anti-corrosive coating comprises silicone epoxy resin, acrylic emulsion, casein glue, modified graphene, nano-zinc oxide, aluminum tripolyphosphate, talc, silane coupling agent KH-570 (RTM: gamma -Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane), salt spray-resistant additive, leveling agent, defoamer, dispersant and mixed solvent. USE - Waterproof, high-temperature resistant, wear-resistant anti-corrosive coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent water resistance, high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and adhesion strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A waterproof, high-temperature resistant, wear-resistant anti-corrosive coating comprises 45-48 pts. wt. silicone epoxy resin, 43-46 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 9-12 pts. wt. casein glue, 23-26 pts. wt. modified graphene, 12-15 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 6-9 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate, 4-6 pts. wt. talc, 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH-570 (RTM: gamma -Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane), 1.1-1.5 pts. wt. salt spray-resistant additive, 1.1-1.4 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1.2-1.6 pts. wt. defoamer, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant and 45-48 pts. wt. mixed solvent. The modified graphene is prepared by adding 3-6 pts. wt. graphene and 30-60 pts. wt. sulfuric acid/nitric acid solution to a first reaction vessel, placing in 65-75 degrees C water bath and then ultrasonically dispersing at frequency of 15-20 KHz and power of 600-1000 W for 3.5-4 hours to obtain material (A), adding material (A) to 1-1.5x 104 pts. wt. deionized water, adjusting pH value to 6.8-7.1, aging for 1.2-2 hours, suction filtering and drying filtrate to obtain material (B), adding material (B), 40-60 pts. wt. thionyl chloride and 10-13 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide to a second reaction vessel, reacting at 75-80 degrees C under nitrogen atmosphere for 25-28 hours, vacuum distilling for 0.5-1.2 hours, aging for 1-1.5 hours, suction filtering and drying filtrate to obtain material (C), adding material (C) and 20-25 pts. wt. triethylenetetramine to a third reaction vessel, mixing, ultrasonically dispersing at frequency of 50-55 KHz and power of 800-1100 W for 2-5 hours, increasing temperature of third reaction vessel to 110-120 degrees C, heat-preserving for 3-5 hours, vacuum distilling for 0.8-1.2 hours, filtering and drying filtrate. The sulfuric acid/nitric acid solution comprises 96-98 wt.% sulfuric acid and 55-60 wt.% nitric acid in a volume ratio of 4-4.5:1-1.2.
