NOVELTY - A direct backlight module contains a bottom frame, a light source and a diffusion plate. The light source is arranged on the bottom frame. The diffusion plate is arranged above the light source, where the bottom frame is made of heat plastic material that consists of 80-90 wt.% main plastic, 8-18 wt.% filler, 0.2-1 wt.% three-dimensional graphene, 0.5-5 wt.%dispersant, and 0.2-0.4 wt.% antioxidant. USE - Direct backlight module for use in LED lamp. ADVANTAGE - The backlight module reduces deformation of LED lamp due to high temperature, and dissipates heat evenly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a direct backlight module.
