NOVELTY - Aqueous fluorocarbon resin heavy anti-corrosion coating comprises 50-60 wt.% aqueous fluorocarbon resin, 8-15 wt.% water, 2-3 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-1.0 wt.% antifoaming agent, 0.6-1.0 wt.% thickening agent, 18-28 wt.% titanium pigment, 1-4 wt.% film-forming auxiliary agent, 4-9 wt.% curing agent, 0.1-3 wt.% wetting dispersant, 0.1-3 wt.% modified graphene or graphene-carbon nano tube, the modified graphene or graphene-carbon nano-tube is graphene or graphene/carbon nano-tube coated by polymer. USE - Used as aqueous fluorocarbon resin heavy anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene or graphene/carbon nano-tube coating improves the solubility by coating the polymer, so as to greatly improve the mechanical strength of the fluorocarbon coating, hardness and adhesion, also has clean and environmentally-friendly characteristics while meeting the anti-corrosion requirement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing heavy anticorrosive paint comprising (1) adding water, dispersant, antifoaming agent and thickening agent, mixing uniformly to obtain A1 component, adding titanium pigment, continuously mixing uniformly to obtain A component, (2) uniformly mixing the aqueous fluorocarbon resin and antifoaming agent to obtain B component, adding the B component into the A component, adding auxiliary agent, mixing uniformly, (3) dispersing the modified graphene or graphene/carbon nano-tube and optionally wetting dispersant to obtain C component, adding the C component into the system obtained in the step (2), mixing uniformly, adding curing agent, mixing uniformly to obtain the heavy anticorrosion coating, where the modified graphene or graphene-carbon nano-tube is graphene or graphene/carbon nano-tube coated by polymer.
