NOVELTY - The detector has a thermocouple group provided with a p-type thermoelectric material (3) and an n-type thermosetting material (4). A hot end of the p- type thermoset material is electrically connected with a hot end in the n-tetrahydric material. Multiple sets of thermocoupled groups are serially arranged on a flexible substrate (5). USE - Temperature detector used in personal medical care monitoring, human body movement detection and electronic skin for detecting and quantifying strain in environment, pressure and temperature and other stimulation. ADVANTAGE - The temperature detector has high sensitivity and high flexibility. The method is simple, economical and efficient, low cost, and can realize mass production. It has good mechanical flexibility and machinability.
