NOVELTY - Optical fiber with graphene-boron nitride heterogeneous structure comprises optical fiber main body, graphene thin film and boron thin film arranged on the surface of the optical fiber body. The graphene thin membrane and the boronic nitride thin membrane are laminated to form a heterosetting structure. The heterogeneous structure is arranged on the outer surface or the inner surface of the optical fiber main body. The optical fiber main body comprises a tapered optical fiber, a capillary quartz tube optical fiber, a porous photonic crystal optical fiber and a D-type optical fiber . USE - Optical fiber with graphene-boron nitride heterogeneous structure. Uses include but are not limited to photoelectric sensing, optical frequency comb, ultra-continuous laser, large power pulse laser, and full light modulator. ADVANTAGE - The optical fiber with graphene-boron nitride heterogeneous structure can increase the interaction of light and graphene, and has wide application prospect in nonlinear mode-locked laser, wavelength converter and optical frequency comb. The method is simple, has strong controllability, high repeatability and high quality, and can realize batch growth of multiple optical fiber in the same batch.
