NOVELTY - A PTFE composite material comprises 5-10 pts. wt. titanium silicon carbide, 80-90 pts. wt. PTFE, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. steel fiber, 15-20 pts. wt. fluororubber powder, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. titanium aluminum carbide, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 15-20 pts. wt. ( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 30-40 pts. wt. 95% ethanol, acetic acid, 15-20 pts. wt. polyisocyanate JQ-1, 15-20 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 10-15 pts. wt. 4-dimethylaminopyridine, 15-20 pts. wt. dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, and 90-100 pts. wt. water. USE - PTFE composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has increased wear-resisting property, and is produced using simple process at reduced cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A PTFE composite material comprises 5-10 pts. wt. titanium silicon carbide, 80-90 pts. wt. PTFE, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. steel fiber, 15-20 pts. wt. fluororubber powder, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. titanium aluminum carbide, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 15-20 pts. wt. ( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 30-40 pts. wt. 95% ethanol, acetic acid, 15-20 pts. wt. polyisocyanate JQ-1, 15-20 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 10-15 pts. wt. 4-dimethylaminopyridine, 15-20 pts. wt. dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, and 90-100 pts. wt. water. The carbon fiber median length is 75-150 mu m. The median length of steel fiber is 50-150 mu m. The fluororubber powder particle size is 80-200 mesh. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of PTFE composite material, which involves adding carbon fiber to 20-25 pts. wt. 95% ethanol solvent, ultrasonically dispersing, adding acetic acid to adjust the pH to 4-5, adding ( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, stirring for 8-15 hours, washing with deionized water, vacuum drying, oxidizing graphene oxide to graphene peroxide with remaining 95% ethanol solvent, adding graphene oxide to dimethylformamide, ultrasonically treating for 2-3 hours, stirring, adding 4-dimethylaminopyridine, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and carbon fiber, reacting at room temperature for 18-36 hours, washing with deionized water, vacuum drying to obtain graphene grafted carbon fiber, adding polyisocyanate JQ-1, adding dry steel fiber, titanium silicon carbide and titanium aluminum carbide, stirring for 1-3 hours, washing, drying, mixing carbon fibers with 70-75 pts. wt. PTFE, cooling, sintering in air atmosphere at 360-390 degrees C to obtain plate-shaped sample with diameter 150-250 mm and thickness 3-4 mm, immersing the plate-shaped sample in dip coating solution, drying in oven at 80-100 degrees C after 4-8 minutes, and sintering at 120-200 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, where dip coating solution is prepared by grinding silicon dioxide, dispersing remaining PTFE and remaining ( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane in water, and ultrasonically dispersing.
