NOVELTY - High thermal conductivity thermal conductive silicone grease comprises 65-75 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler, 20-35 pts. wt. silicone oil, 1-5 pts. wt. treatment agent, and 1-5 pts. wt. charged modified graphene particles. USE - Used as high thermal conductivity thermal conductive silicone grease. ADVANTAGE - The silicone grease has wider applicability, higher heat conducting coefficient and better reliability and effectively fills the air gap of different sizes, effectively increases the longitudinal heat conductivity coefficient, and effectively prevents the heat-conducting filler from hydrolyzing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high thermal conductivity thermal conductive silicone grease, comprising (a) mixing and stirring 20-35 pts. wt. silicone oil and 1-5 pts. wt. treatment agent at room temperature, (b) adding 65-75 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler in stages, mixing and stirring at room temperature, adding the thermally conductive filler, adding 1-5 pts. wt. charged modified graphene particles, mixing and completely stirring, heating to 100-120degrees Celsius, dispersing and stirring at high speed and mixing completely, and (c) pouring the stirred thermally conductive silicone grease into a three-roller and grind until fine and without particles, and vacuum degassing.
