NOVELTY - Polyacrylate-grafted graphene oxide plugging agent, comprises graphene oxide, aminosilane compound, acrylate compound, and acrylamide compound. The preparation method comprises (a) dispersing graphene oxide in absolute ethanol and ultrasonically stirring for 30-40 minutes, slowly adding an ethanol solution containing an aminosilane compound; (b) dispersing product A in methanol, stirring ultrasonically for 30-40 minutes, transferring to the reactor, slowly adding methanol solution containing acrylate compound under nitrogen protection and the temperature of 0-2℃, placing the reactor in the dark and stirring at 20-30℃ for 3-4 days, stirring, washing the product with ethanol; and (c) dispersing product B in methanol, stirring ultrasonically for 30-40 minutes, slowly adding methanol solution containing acrylamide compound, stirring, washing the product with ethanol and centrifuging, and drying at 60-80℃ for 24-30 hours. USE - The polyacrylate-grafted graphene oxide plugging agent is useful in oil-based drilling fluid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyacrylate grafted graphene oxide is suitable as a blocking agent, and has particle size roughly distributed between 60-1200 nm, which can effectively seal the nano-pores and fractures in the shale formation to effectively stabilize the well wall and prevent collapse, and influence on the performance of the drilling fluid, and is beneficial to reducing the filtration loss of the drilling fluid. The oil-based drilling fluid has good performances in terms of rheology, water-loss wall-building and plugging properties under shale formation conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polyacrylate-grafted graphene oxide plugging agent, comprises graphene oxide, aminosilane compound, acrylate compound, and acrylamide compound. The preparation method comprises (a) dispersing graphene oxide in absolute ethanol and ultrasonically stirring for 30-40 minutes, slowly adding an ethanol solution containing an aminosilane compound, and stirring and reacting at 30-50℃ for 12-16 hours, stirring, placing the product in n-hexane for precipitation, centrifuging at 6000-8000 revolutions/minute for 10-12 minute, washing the product with acetone, and drying at 60-80℃ for 24-30 hours to obtain product A, where the ratio of graphene oxide and absolute ethanol is 1 g: 180-220 ml, the ratio of graphene oxide and aminosilane compound ethanol solution is 1 g:60-80 ml, and the volume ratio of the aminosilane compound and the ethanol in the ethanol solution containing the aminosilane compound is 1:12-16; (b) dispersing product A in methanol, stirring ultrasonically for 30-40 minutes, transferring to the reactor, slowly adding methanol solution containing acrylate compound under nitrogen protection and the temperature of 0-2℃, placing the reactor in the dark and stirring at 20-30℃ for 3-4 days, stirring, washing the product with ethanol, and placing the product in n-hexane for precipitation, and drying at 60-80℃ for 24-30 hours to obtain product B, where the ratio of the product A and methanol is 1 g: 12-16 ml, the ratio of the product A and the methanol solution containing the acrylate compound is 1 g: 10-15 ml, and the volume ratio of the acrylate compound and methanol in the methanol solution containing the acrylate compound is 1:4-6; and (c) dispersing product B in methanol, stirring ultrasonically for 30-40 minutes, slowly adding methanol solution containing acrylamide compound, stirring and reacting continuously for 48-56 hours in the dark under the protection of nitrogen and the temperature of 0-2℃, washing the product with ethanol and centrifuging at 6000-8000 revolutions/minute for 10-12 minute, and drying at 60-80℃ for 24-30 hours, where the ratio of the product B and methanol is 1 g: 80-120 ml, the ratio of the product B and the methanol solution containing the acrylamide compound is 1 g: 80-120 ml, and the volume ratio of the amine compound and methanol in the methanol solution containing the acrylamide compound is 1:6-10. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an oil-based drilling fluid, comprising 70-90 pts. wt. white oil, 0.5-1 pts. wt. main emulsifier, 1-3 pts. wt. co-emulsifier, 2-10 pts. wt. fluid loss reducer, 2-5 pts. wt. organic soil, 0.6-6.5 pts. wt. calcium oxide, 10-30 pts. wt. 20-25% calcium chloride salt water, 0.5-2.1 pts. wt. wetting agent, 10-40 pts. wt. barite, and 1-10 pts. wt. polyacrylate grafted graphene oxide plugging agent.
