▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite particles (10,16) comprise a composite component (14) containing a cationic organic substance (12) and an anionic electroconductive material formed on the surface of the negatively charged active material particles. USE - Composite particles used for forming electrode for electrical storage device e.g. lithium-ion battery, lithium secondary battery, and lithium ion capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The composite particles have excellent conductivity by combining the active material particles and the conductive material in a suitable state. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the composite particles, which involves (i) forming a cationic organic substance into contact with the surface of negatively charged active material particles to prepare particles including a cationic organic substance adhesion particles (13), and contacting the anionic conductive material with the cationic organic substance adhering particles and adhering the composite containing the cationic organic substance and the anionic conductive material to the surface of the active material particles.
