▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-modified phenolic resin composite material, involves mixing graphene oxide, hydrazine hydrate, surfactant, and aldehyde solution in a reactor and then stirring, heating at 80-100 degrees C, cooling reaction solution at 60-80 degrees C, adjusting pH of solution to 1.5-4.5, adding acidic catalyst and phenol, heating at 85-100 degrees C and then dehydrating. The weight ratio of graphene oxide, hydrazine hydrate, surfactant, aldehyde and phenol is 1-10:1-10:1-20:100-160:600. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-modified phenolic resin composite material, which is useful for preparing Bakelite (RTM: Phenol-formaldehyde resin) powder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared graphene-modified phenolic resin composite material improves impact strength and reduces mold shrinkage factor of Bakelite (RTM: Phenol-formaldehyde resin) powder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of graphene-modified phenolic resin composite material for preparing Bakelite (RTM: Phenol-formaldehyde resin) powder.
