NOVELTY - Water-lubricated bearing comprises 100 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE), 0.5-20 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micro powder, 0.2-10 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 0.05-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 0.5-10 pts. wt. fiber powder. USE - Water-lubricated bearing for ship. ADVANTAGE - The water-lubricated bearing has good wear resistance, good temperature resistance, wide application range and long life. The molding process is simple and suitable for large-scale factory production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a water-lubricated marine bearing, which involves: (1) weighing raw materials in parts by weight, drying, and then uniformly mixing according to a mass ratio; (2) granulating the uniformly mixed material by a double-screw extruder at the screw temperature of 160degrees Celsius, putting the granules into an injection molding machine, and performing injection molding at 180degrees Celsius.
