NOVELTY - A graphene oxide/concrete composite material is prepared by mixing concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium persulfate pentoxide, heating, adding graphite powder, distilled water and leaching water, drying, adding potassium permanganate powder, aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution and aqueous hydrochloric acid, washing, centrifuging, pickling, freeze drying, and adding water, cement, silica fume, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, superplasticizer and graphene oxide powder, and stirring to mix. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide/concrete composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method has strong controllability, and is suitable for large scale industrialization production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide/concrete composite material is prepared by mixing 55 mL of 98% concentrated sulfuric acid and 8 g potassium persulfate pentoxide, heating to 80 degrees C to completely dissolve, adding 16 g graphite powder, stirring at 400-500 revolutions/minute for 6 hours, adding distilled water and 500 mL leaching water until pH is 7, drying at 35-45 degrees C under vacuum conditions for 4 hours, adding 48 g potassium permanganate powder, mixing at 10 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, placing in water bath at 35 degrees C for 2 hours, adding 500-700 mL distilled water, heating at 90-100 degrees C for 20 minutes, adding 2200 mL distilled water, stirring, adding 40 mL diluted 30% aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution, adding 2200 mL 2-3% aqueous hydrochloric acid, washing, centrifuging for 10 minutes at 3000 revolutions/minute, pickling, discarding supernatant, adding aqueous sodium hydroxide to adjust pH to 10-11, freeze drying, adding 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. water, 4 pts. wt. cement, 0.5-3.5 pts. wt. silica fume, 5-8 pts. wt. fine aggregate, 7-15 pts. wt. coarse aggregate, 0.02-0.6 pt. wt. superplasticizer, and 0.001-0.1 pt. wt. graphene oxide powder, and stirring to mix.
