NOVELTY - Preparing automobile air inlet rubber pipe graphene composite rubber comprises e. g. (i) preparing the graphene composite rubber powder microsphere by graphene and preparing polyethylene terephthalate by in-situ polymerization, adding into the nitrile latex to form co-seal gel, compounding with ethylene propylenediene monomer rubber, adding terephthalic acid into ethylene glycol and stirring in a water bath at 50-55 degrees C to obtain oil phase liquid; (ii) adding graphene and polyethylene glycol octyl phenyl ether into water, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 2-3 hours, adding into the oil phase liquid, stirring for 20-40 minutes, adding catalyst, heating, filtering, washing, vacuum drying, and grinding to obtain graphene/polyethylene terephthalate powder microspheres; and (iii) diluting the nitrile rubber in nitrile latex having solid content of 40-60%, adding the powder microspheres into the nitrile latex, stirring and flocculating with dilute acid, washing, and air-drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing automobile air inlet rubber pipe graphene composite rubber. ADVANTAGE - The rubber has excellent high temperature resistance and oil resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing automobile air inlet rubber pipe graphene composite rubber comprises (i) preparing the graphene composite rubber powder microsphere by graphene and preparing polyethylene terephthalate by in-situ polymerization, adding into the nitrile latex to form co-seal gel, compounding with ethylene propylenediene monomer rubber, adding terephthalic acid into ethylene glycol and stirring in a water bath at 50-55 degrees C to obtain oil phase liquid; (ii) adding graphene and polyethylene glycol octyl phenyl ether into water, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 2-3 hours, adding into the oil phase liquid, stirring for 20-40 minutes, adding catalyst, heating to 55-65 degrees C, filtering, washing, vacuum drying at 60-80 degrees C for 22-26 hours, and grinding to obtain graphene/polyethylene terephthalate powder microspheres; (iii) diluting the nitrile rubber in nitrile latex having solid content of 40-60%, adding the powder microspheres into the nitrile latex, stirring and flocculating with dilute acid with mass concentration of 5%, washing, and air-drying at 60 degrees C to obtain graphene/butyronitrile co-precipitate; and (iv) adding ethylene propylenediene monomer rubber into the open mill, milling for 2-3 minutes, adding stearic acid, graphene/butyronitrile co-precipitate, aromatic hydrocarbon oil, accelerator, cross-linking agent, mixing the mixture, and obtaining composite rubber containing graphene, nitrile rubber, and ethylene propylene diene monomer.
