NOVELTY - The wire has 1-8 wt.% graphene, and 92-99% silver, is new. The wire realizes the preparation of the silver/graphene oxide suspension through a driving mechanism (2) and the storage mechanism, and at the same time cooperates with a trigger type liquid feeding mechanism (6) and the heating tube to complete the centrifugal washing and drying of the suspension. The silver/graphene oxide mixed powder is prepared, and finally the heating tube is used again with the vacuum tube and the hydrogen input tube. USE - Graphene bonded silver wire for packaging. ADVANTAGE - The graphene bonded silver wire has high density and purity, and reduces the loss of raw material and production cost, and effectively simplifies the process flow, and can directly prepare the silver/graphene composite powder, so as to effectively reduce the transfer times, suitable for industrial mass production.
