NOVELTY - Preparing negative oxygen ion coating comprises selecting constant temperature reaction device, and performing disinfection and sterilization treatment on the constant temperature reaction device, (ii) introducing filler and graphene slowly into the prototype, grinding, placing in constant temperature reaction device, and mixing and stirring, heating to 45-65 degrees C, mixing and stirring; (iii) adding viscosity increasing agent to the mixer again, antifreezing agent, dispersant, film former, defoamer and antioxidant, mixing and stirring again, adding paint to the blender and heating to 80-100 degrees C again, stirring slowly, and (iv) taking out and placing in a cool airtight space, performing cooling treatment, cooling to 20-25 degrees C, resulting mixture, and grinding the mixture in grinder, where the particle size of abrasive particles are not greater than 2 mu m. USE - The method is useful for preparing negative oxygen ion coating. ADVANTAGE - The method increases hydraulic pressure supplied into the elastic circulation tube, elastic circulation tube expands and becomes larger, and the adjacent elastic circulation tubes squeeze each other, reduces internal volume of the reactor, rapidly raises liquid level of the material, turns off the booster pump after reaching a suitable height, and material can fully contact with the elastic circulation tube.
