▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nanocomposite material comprises one or a set of layer(s) of carbon fibers and one or a set of layer(s) of epoxy matrix, where carbon fibers are bidirectional carbon fibers, and epoxy matrix comprises epoxy resin dispersed with 1-3 wt.% graphene oxide with respect to the epoxy resin. USE - A nanocomposite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide and carbon fiber reinforced nanocomposite material has improved tensile strength, flexural strength, elastic modulus, storage modulus, and flexural modulus. The preparation process is controllable, cost-effective, durable, and environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nanocomposite material which involves (a) preparing suspension of graphene oxide in organic solvent, (b) ultrasonicating suspension to enhance dispersion of graphene oxide in organic solvent, (c) heating epoxy resin and mixing dispersion of step (b) into epoxy resin to give an epoxy matrix, (d) adding epoxy hardener to epoxy matrix, (e) impregnating epoxy matrix of step (d) on a layer of carbon fiber, (f) introducing another layer of carbon fiber and repeating step (e), and (g) curing to give the nanocomposite material.
