▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Antibacterial and antistatic fiber coating comprises 1-2 pts. wt. modified carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, and 4-16 pts. wt. aminated modified graphene. USE - Used as antibacterial and antistatic fiber coating. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial and antistatic fiber coating has excellent antibacterial property and antistatic ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the antibacterial and antistatic fiber coating, comprising (1) adding carboxymethyl chitosan into the stirring reflux device, separately taking isopropanol and sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, stirring, alkalizing, adding dropwise 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl)trimethylammonium chloride, washing, and drying to obtain carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, (2) placing potassium borocyanide into aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, stirring and dissolving, and obtaining potassium borocyanide saturated solution, (3) dissolving the carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt obtained in the step (1) in water, adding lactose under stirring, then adding the potassium borocyanide saturated solution obtained in the step (2), washing and drying to obtain modified carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, (4) ultrasonically treating the graphite oxide to obtain a suspension, and adding triethylenetetramine and dicyclohexylcarbonimide to obtain modified graphene oxide, (5) mixing the modified graphene oxide of the step (4) and the modified carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt of the step (3), ultrasonically dispersing in ice bath, adding 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide, and stirring and reacting to prepare modified graphene oxide modified carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, and (6) stirring the modified graphene oxide modified carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt of the step (5) with methyl methacrylate, butyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate and solvent n-butanol, adding the initiator azobisisobutyronitrile, cooling and discharging the material, and drying to obtain an antibacterial and antistatic fiber coating.
