NOVELTY - Preparation of palladium nano sheet/graphene-based fiber membrane involves adding palladium powder to pre-stripping dispersion, ultrasonically processing in water bath at 5-15 degrees C, centrifuging, collecting supernatant, obtaining pre-stripping dispersion of palladium powder, adding graphene oxide, ultrasonically processing in water bath at 5-15 degrees C, centrifuging, collecting bottom layer mixture, dispersing the bottom layer mixture in water, washing, drying to obtain a mixture of palladium powder and graphene oxide, dispersing the mixture of palladium powder and graphene oxide in dimethylformamide, concentrating to prepare palladium nano sheet/graphene oxide dispersion, adding carbon black and peroxyacyl nitrate powder, stirring, electrospinning resultant spinning dope using a spinning needle with a larger inner diameter along yarn exiting direction, collecting palladium nano sheet/graphene oxide hybrid porous fiber membrane, washing, drying, and reducing. USE - Preparation of palladium nano sheet/graphene-based fiber membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of palladium nano sheet/graphene-based fiber membrane having large specific surface area, strong infrared radiation effect, high thermal conductivity and excellent flexibility and bending resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of palladium nano sheet/graphene-based fiber membrane involves adding palladium powder to pre-stripping dispersion, ultrasonically processing in water bath at 5-15 degrees C, centrifuging, collecting supernatant, obtaining pre-stripping dispersion of palladium powder, adding graphene oxide, ultrasonically processing in water bath at 5-15 degrees C, centrifuging, collecting bottom layer mixture, dispersing the bottom layer mixture in water, washing, drying to obtain a mixture of palladium powder and graphene oxide, dispersing the mixture of palladium powder and graphene oxide in dimethylformamide, ultrasonically processing at 5-15 degrees C, concentrating to prepare palladium nano sheet/graphene oxide dispersion, adding carbon black and peroxyacyl nitrate powder, stirring, ultrasonically processing in water bath at 5-15 degrees C, electrospinning resultant spinning dope using a spinning needle with a larger inner diameter along yarn exiting direction, collecting palladium nano sheet/graphene oxide hybrid porous fiber membrane, washing, drying, and reducing. The usage amount of graphene oxide is 0.5-5 times the mass of palladium powder in the pre-stripping dispersion of palladium powder. The usage amount of peroxyacyl nitrate powder in the spinning dope is 8-12%. The pre-stripping dispersion includes isopropanol and/or deionized water.
