NOVELTY - A surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate comprises a glass substrate provided on a graphene layer and a metal oxide film layer that is deposited on the graphene layer. USE - Surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate for use in the detection and quantitative analysis of compounds with reduced content. ADVANTAGE - The surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate has better repeatability, better surface enhanced Raman effect and better sensitivity, in a simple, cost-effective and efficient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate.
