ADVANTAGE - The surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate has better repeatability, better surface enhanced Raman effect and better sensitivity, in a simple, cost-effective and efficient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate.
