NOVELTY - The detector has a detector main body provided with an insulating substrate (1) and a metal electrode (5). A diamond surface terminal (3) is formed at a diamond UV sensitive layer (2). A transparent graphene (4) is fixed in the diamond UV sensitive layer. The diamond UV sensitive layer is uniformly distributed with a three-dimensional structure, where thickness of the diamond UV sensitive layer is for about 0.1-20 microns, diameter of the three-dimensional structure is for about 0.1-50 microns and height of the three-dimensional structure is for about 0.1- 5 microns. USE - Graphene transparent electrode diamond based UV detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector obtains graphene-conductance characteristic, transmission property and incident characteristics of UV light, and improves external quantum efficiency of the detector main body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The insulating substrate is diamond, aluminum nitride, aluminum oxide and magnesium oxide. The diamond UV sensitive layer is single crystal and polycrystalline. The three dimensional structure is periodic bulge that is formed as triangular, round and square shaped structure. The diamond surface terminal is oxygen, nitrogen and fluorine terminal. The transparent graphene layer is single-layer and multi-layer graphene structure. The metal electrode is gold, palladium, platinum, titanium, tungsten, zirconium and molybdenum.
