NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-metal aluminum composite powder involves stirring graphene and metal aluminum powder, ultrasonically vibrating, dispersing chemical reagent and ball milling. The composite powder comprises 0.3-8.5 wt.% graphene and 91.5-99.7 wt.% aluminum powder. USE - Preparation of graphene-metal aluminum composite powder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces composite powder with size deformation percentage of -200% to 200%, low impurity content and water content of less than 0.01 wt.%. The process is nontoxic and safe.
