▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A tensile cable polyphenylene-sulfide-ether-modified material comprises 10-15 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 0.001-0.003 pt. wt., preferably 0.002 pt. wt. graphene, 8-12 pts. wt. modifier, 10-15 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol having a polymerization degree of 300-500, preferably 400, 35-45 pts. wt. polyphenylene sulfide ether having a polymerization degree of 1800-2600, preferably 2200, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. silane coupling agent, and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. crosslinking agent. The modifier is a mixture of sulfuric acid and sodium polyacrylate in a ratio of 1:5. The crosslinking agent is p-toluenesulfonyl chloride. USE - Tensile cable polyphenylene-sulfide-ether-modified material. ADVANTAGE - The cable material has excellent tensile strength and processability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of cable material, which involves modifying dried basalt fiber with coupling agent, mixing with other components, and extruding.
