NOVELTY - An oxidized graphene (I) is modified by phosphorylcholine structure. USE - Oxidized graphene modified by phosphorylcholine structure used in biomedical field. ADVANTAGE - The oxidized graphene is chemically grafted with hydrophilic phosphorylcholine structure, thus its dispersibility in water, saline water and cell culture fluid is good and stable, and there is no deposit while it is stored for a long time at room temperature. The preparation process is simple, reliable and easy to realize. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Oxidized graphene of formula (I) modified by phosphorylcholine structure is new. x= greater than or equal to 1; R1=H or CH3; R2=CnH2n+1; and n=2, 3, or 4. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of oxidized graphene modified by phosphorylcholine structure comprising: (A) taking aqueous dispersing solution of oxidized graphene, adding aqueous soluble oxidization reducing initiating system, using ultrasonic wave for shaking for 0.1-8 hours at 0-90 degrees C, and obtaining activated oxidized graphene dispersing solution; and (B) adding the aqueous solution of polymerization compound of phosphorylcholine structure in the activated oxidized graphene dispersing solution, having grafting polymerization reaction in air or inert gas atmosphere at 0-100 degrees C for 0.1-24 hours, separating and purifying the reaction mixture, and drying.
